Q: How long does it take until the website is finished?
A: Most sites are completed within 2 to 4 weeks. The more information
you're able to provide up-front, the quicker your site will be ready.
Q: What if I already have a website?
A: If you already have a domain name, we just need access to your domain
name control panel to change your DNS settings to point to our web
servers. It's easy for us to do, and we're happy to do it for you.
Q: How long have you been design and building websites?
A: While ChiroTechnix is a relatively new brand, the designers and
developers behind the name have been in the website business for over 12
years, and have been working directly with chiropractors and chiropractic
websites for over 7 years.
Q: Will my website be at the top of search engine
listings?
A: While it is impossible for anyone to guarantee top of the list
rankings, we do our best to embed your site with essential keywords,
phrases, and META tag coding to help search engines find your site more
effectively. We also offer additional services like
Google Webmaster Tools
and Google Sitemap integration in some packages. Q: What is "Flash animation"?
A: Flash animation is the cool, motion graphics that you see on many
high-end websites. It provides an extremely professional element to your
site, and sets your website apart from your competitors. Flash is included in our
Deluxe and Premiere packages.
Q: Will my website be a template?
A: Kind of, but not really. Each site has a standard design and framework, but is flexible in order to match your practice's look and feel. All colors,
photos, graphics, text and pages can be customized to fit your
preferences.
Q: Can I edit the site?
A: Yes. For a one-time CMS fee (price depends on package chosen), editing text and replacing photos is pretty easy and we'll show you
how. It's no more difficult than editing Word documents. If you're looking
to get fancy and edit page layouts, you may need some software and a little training, but you're welcome to give it a
try. But
if you'd rather not have to worry about that, or just
don't have time, we can facilitate all website edits for you.
Q: What happens at the end of 12-months?
A: Your monthly hosting and ChiroTechnix subscription payment of
($20 for Lite and Basic, $25 for Deluxe and Premiere) will automatically renew after the initial 12-month period.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: After the first year, you can cancel your
monthly subscription and hosting at any time, thus disabling your website.
Setup fees and the first year of hosting cannot be reimbursed.
Q: After the site is built, can I use another hosting
company?
A: Nope. Remember, we're offering these high-end sites at a very low
cost because we're lending our design, content and customized features.
Taking those things with you somewhere else would void your contract with
us. But we're not sure why you'd want to leave, as our monthly
hosting/subscription fees are very low (starting at $20).
Q: If I purchase the Basic or Lite package, can I upgrade later?
A: Yes. You can upgrade to any package at any time. Our sites are
completely flexible. We can add or remove features as you wish at any time.
Q: Why is the hosting/membership fee more for Deluxe and Premiere?
A: Because you're "renting" more content from ChiroTechnix. Our Deluxe
and Premiere packages come with both the Interactive Spine & Nerve Chart
and Condition & Solutions Resources.
Q: I found you too late... I already have a website. Do you have a
reseller or affiliate program?
A: Yes. And it's a great way for you to earn some cash easily, all

Q: I don't have a company logo. Can ChiroTechnix help with that?
A: Yes. For an additional cost, we can design a logo for your
practice. We can build your website without a logo for starters. Then,
when the logo is completed and approved, we can easily add it to your
site.
